Guided by integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic, he has built his company on the belief that exceptional service begins with accountability and genuine care for every client. A devoted husband and proud father, DaQuan places family at the center of everything he does. He believes the same values that strengthen a family—trust, consistency, respect, and commitment—are the foundation of a successful business. Since 2010, DaQuan has proudly served in the United States Army Reserve. His military service as a Sergeant has instilled discipline, resilience, attention to detail, and a mission-first mindset that influences every aspect of his professional life. The leadership skills developed through years of military service have prepared him to lead teams effectively, solve problems under pressure, and consistently deliver on commitments.
Beyond business and military service, DaQuan is deeply invested in developing the next generation of leaders. Through his involvement with Upstate Prime Basketball, he coaches and mentors young boys, teaching far more than the fundamentals of the game. He uses basketball as a platform to instill discipline, teamwork, accountability, perseverance, and confidence—qualities that prepare young men for success both on and off the court.
