2. Services

DNW Janitorial Upstate provides commercial and organizational cleaning services for businesses, churches, organizations, industrial plants, banks, and daycares across Upstate South Carolina. Specific service details, scheduling, and pricing are agreed upon in individual service agreements.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointment requests submitted through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee.

4. Payment

Payment terms, including amounts and due dates, are outlined in your individual service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

DNW Janitorial Upstate takes care to deliver high-quality cleaning services. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects. Any concerns regarding service must be reported within 48 hours of the completed appointment for resolution.

6. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt its operation, submit false information, or access content you are not authorized to view. All website content is the property of DNW Janitorial Upstate.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
